We don't have time share people here, or any bars or restaurants on the property. Most of the time the development is 50% vacant. The beach in front is also quiet, almost no beach vendors, and no loud beach bars near by. Best grocery store in the Baja within walking distance along with many shops and restaurants. Downtown San Jose is only 1 mile away and Cabo San Lucas is only 12 miles away. Great golf, fishing, and exploring are all close by and the sun shines darn near everyday! We are open to long term rentals from April 1st to January 7th. Short term 4 day minimums are available year round.
