My property is five acres of a gradual wooded hillside, 450 feet of oceanfront at the end of a dead end road. The house is 75 feet from high tide, which is just far enough to not be swept away. No houses can be seen from the house and no lights can be seen on the 200 degrees of coastline of Muscongus Bay. Bring your canoes and kayaks because you will need them. Summary: This is really a perfect way to get a way from it all and really enjoy the view. And what a view!! Just stunning. Everything thing you need is here and communication was awesome. Our weather was iffy; but the snow made for beautiful pictures. Really a perfect place from which to explore the local area and some lighthouses; or to just enjoy the view and read some of the great selection of books provided!
