This spacious mountain house is located on the Middle Saluda River and is only 1 mile from the main entrance to Jones Gap State Park, The large family room has a wood burning fire place and comfortable seating. The kitchen is well equipped with updated appliances, granite countertops, full range of cooking and bakeware, and a 4 seat dinette, while the separate dining room offers more room for larger gatherings. The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and large walk-in closet (for families w/ small children: a standard Pack n Play will fit in the master closet). The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. Off of the family room is a sun porch with a twin sized day bed and trundle, enabling it to be used as a fourth bedroom. The house sleeps 8. The sun porch opens to a grilling deck with a stainless gas grill and steps leading down into the large river front yard that has two fire pits.
