New AC throughout the house along with high speed internet. Located in the southern part of Rincon, this warm and inviting villa has a spectacular view for 360 degrees of the Caribbean Sea. To the east lies the continuation of the small lush tropical mountain range on which our villa resides, and to the west lies the Caribbean Sea, with Desecheo Island in clear visibility.
Stand on two levels of large balconies and 1,500 sq. ft. of verandas and take in the aroma of the clean mountain air while listening to the chirp of the Coqui frogs or the sound of rain hitting the banana tree leaves. Watch the sun rise over the mountains in the morning, relax in the sun on our open veranda during the day, watch the sun set over the ocean in the evening, and look up to see the most magnificent view of the night sky that Rincon has to offer while chilling in the underground heated jacuzzi spa!
The main floor of the house is spacious and breezy. Open the windows and let the trade winds gently sweep through. The ocean can be seen from the living room, dining room, kitchen and downstaira bedrooms. Fast speed Wifi internet service and a 52" flatscreen, smart tv in living room. Full bathroom and bedroom with king bed are also located on this floor and AC throughout. Walk down the beautifully adorned stairs into the bottom floor where two bedroom suites, each with queen bed and a day bed (twin). The queen beds are on an inlaid platform so that the guest can see the ocean, through French doors, while resting in bed. Full bathroom, with a view of the Caribbean from the shower, and AC on this level also. Both verandas are accessible from both bedrooms.
Our villa is a 5 minute drive to the beaches, restaurants, and bars, and is located in a safe neighborhood. Nearby airports and major cities are Aquadilla (30 minutes), Mayaguez (20 minutes) Ponce (1 hour) and San Juan(2 hours). The city of Mayaguez and all it has to offer is close by. Surfing and snorkeling beaches are a 10 minute drive away. Excellent cell phone reception.
