For a very private, peaceful, and quiet retreat, this is the place to be!
Mountain Top Serenity is a quiet and peaceful getaway for a couple just wanting a romantic vacation or a large family looking for an adventure.
The house is light, bright, and open with vaulted ceilings.
Each room is well appointed with all high-end furniture and bedding.
You can expect to find just about any kitchen utensil you need in the large open kitchen where several people can enjoy cooking at the same time without running into each other.
The large dining room comfortably seats 10 with plenty of space for a separate buffet table.
The living room is perfect for large groups or for a couple to snuggle up in one of the many butter soft blankets and watch a romantic movie.
Each seat has next to it, a compartment that, when you lift the padded seat, you'll find a port for your cell phone and for your Apple computer as well as a butter soft blanket
* Please note: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.
The furniture may not be moved.
The white towels are only for hygiene use.
Use colored towels located in the entry closet for cleaning spills, muddy shoes, etc..
Special pet bedspreads are provided for guests whose pets sleep on the bed with them. Please cover or remove the existing comforter.
Please clean up your pet waste outside.
Pets are not allowed in the children's playroom or the baby swing or the crib. I wouldn't have to make something this obvious a rule if someone hadn't already done it. Sorry.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It just takes one dropped cigarette to start a forest fire and has happened multiple times in Oregon.
Guests may not trespass onto other neighbors' property. Stay within the fences and obey the no trespassing signs, please. We have nearly 60 acres. Going onto someone else's property is unnecessary.

DON'T PUT ANYTHING IN FRONT OF THE HEATERS.
Do not remove protective dust mite covering from any of the mattresses. These are there for allergy sufferers and cleanliness.
I strive to keep an exceptionally clean home.
There are things like dust mites that are common allergens and hide inside places like a mattress. The enclosed zip covers l provide both prevents and traps any exposure to these.
You are not the maid. I expect you to enjoy yourself every last minute and not spend the last hours running around trying to make sure the place is clean. We have a wonderful maid. Her name is Anna, and we like her very much!
She does a great job! And she enjoys her job!
So you don't need to wash the linens or take out the trash or sweep the floors or do the dishes or clean out the fridge or really anything else, but make sure you have all your things when it's time to check out and leave a 5 star review because Anna and l work really hard to make sure you find this place exceptional and have a wonderful experience!
The hot chocolate and marshmallows are purposely left there for you, as are the baking supplies and breakfast, condiments, and coffee. Enjoy
