Come enjoy vivid sunsets, deer, frogs, and wild turkeys while being 10 min from town. Tiny home includes queen bed (loft), queen sofa bed, & twin loft (suitable for up to 125 pounds). 17 minutes to Nevada City. Less than 30 minutes to Yuba River and several reservoirs. Less than 90 minutes to Tahoe and ski resorts. Please note the last 1/2 mile leading to the property is a dirt road. In-ground pool (open April-Oct). No pets. Max occupancy is 3 people 12+ years old and 1 child younger than 12. There is a $15 per hour charge for early check in / late check out, based on availability.
