Pets:
One pet per stay (dogs only) is permitted with host approval only. Must be included in your reservation. A pet fee of $120 will apply. You are responsible for picking up after your pet outside; if not completed, there will be an additional $50.00 charge applied.
Parking:
Guests are required to park in the designated parking spaces. There are 2 driveway spots & 1 garage spot.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am prompt, unless late check out has been approved in advance. Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 11:30 am or later will be charged an additional $50.00 per half hour.
Quiet Hours:
Guests will be quiet and respectful of neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
No Parties:
Strictly no parties, events, or unapproved gatherings on the premises. Fines of up to $100.00/unapproved guest may be charged.
No Smoking:
Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking, tobacco, vaping, or marijuana permitted inside the property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $500.00 fee without question, plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.
Cleaning:
We simply ask that you respect our property as you would for a close friend or family member by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty and it is clear there was no effort to straighten up and leave the property in a reasonable condition, extra cleaning charges may apply.
Infant & Children Supervision:
Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.
Trash:
A rubbish bin is provided in the kitchen cupboard as well as rubbish bags inside and large disposal bins at the back of the house on the driveway. Please ensure garbage and recycle are placed in the bins and sorted accordingly and that the lids are replaced securely on the bins.
Broken or Stolen Property:
Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
Inspections:
The host can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.
Lost & Forgotten Items:
Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host is not responsible for and cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.
