It does not have an elevator, and the condominium has several stairs and there are stairs even inside the apartment. It is important to take this into account if you are traveling with elderly people or people with difficulty climbing stairs.

However, due to natural phenomena, in your reservation you may find sargassum (seaweed) on the beach and it may not look like in the pictures. However, when this happens there are people cleaning the beaches, but keep in mind that this is a phenomenon that happens all over the city, it is not exclusive to this condo and it is out of our hands.
