There is large great room off the kitchen with a 65" SmartTV. The dining area features a beautiful stone fireplace and is furnished with an oversized table that offers seating for 10-12! The kitchen is straight out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The backyard is huge and features an outdoor TV, a generously sized patio with limestone pavers, a patio extension w/more chairs, firepit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and lounge chairs! The new pool has a beautiful water feature and a Baja shelf for playing or sunning. The home also has WiFi, smartTV's in both king bedrooms so you can log in to your own Netflix/Hulu, 1 pack-n-play and more. Located in a prime area of Scottsdale close to the 101 freeway, Talking Stick Resort/Casino, and the center of Old Town Scottsdale.
