Second floor has master bedroom with king bed and private bath, another bedroom with queen bed and a private sitting area and full bathroom with extra full size futton, fourth bedroom with another queen bed and a large shared bath in the whole way.Third floor has four bedrooms all with full beds and another full bath, one of those bedrooms has a private sitting area with a full size futon . All the rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated with a an ocean theme in mind for your enjoyment .Enjoy two family rooms with large dining room and two decks. One large deck in the back for family gatherings and one in the front of the house for a cup of morning coffee while watching people pass you by. Large yard for family gatherings and kids to play along with an outside enclosed shower shared by small cottage in the back which may be rented along with the main house if you need extra space for extended family members .
Less than a five minute stroll takes you to Narragansett Beach one of the better surfing waters in Rhode Island, seawall, delightful restaurants ,The Towers ,Coast Guard restaurant for sunset drink and shops. A short ride takes you to the Narrow river where you can enjoy fishing or Kayaking.
