We live 50 meters from the sea and 100 meters from a very famous and historic surf spot. Mazatlan is one of the beach destinations in Mexico most prestigious supplemented with a number of attractions such as Ecotourism, Diving, Surfing, Sailing, Sport and Game Fishing High depth Hunting Activity, Kayak, or just relax and rest oceanfront . Additionally Mazatlan offers cultural activities, sports and traditional festivals such as Carnaval International Theatre or multiple events with concerts, operettas, operas. The nightlife is very active in the historic center. Our city offers sun and beach and a superb climate for 10 months of the year. Begoña live my wife and I accompanied by our daughter Arantxa during school holidays and also accompanied by our other two daughters Ana and Alicia.The semi-detached house is located in a residential neighborhood very close to the historic center of the city and the main communication avenue that runs along the entire coast of Mazatlan. The house has a nice Pool and to spend the afternoon resting or reading patio. Leonardo works in his own business, which is a distribution company of chemicals for hygiene and sanitation. Additionally occasionally advises companies on the subject of Hygienic Food Handling certification to help them with the distinctive H of the Secretary of Tourism of Mexico. Leonardo is a professional with 30 years experience in Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering.
This is a two beedrooms condominium for 4 people. Very comfortable with its own kitchen and a private yard. Common areas have a pool in a big garden with bar & charcoal barbecue. Located at one short block from the malecon and a very secure beach.
