Located in the heart of the Historic Roosevelt Row Arts District in downtown Phoenix, just a few blocks from the city center, Valley Metro light rail, and farmers market.
Walk to the light rail, museums, sports arenas, arts and popular concerts all within blocks, as well as Arizona State University's downtown campus.

Please note this is a casita in the back of the main home, The Magdalena. Each have their own private entrance. The only shared space is the backyard. When you stay in any of PHX Stays properties you'll always be stocked with the luxury amenities to help you feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee, toiletries, luggage racks and freshly laundered linens and towels. You'll also find a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and dish soap.

This is a NON Smoking home. No smoking of any kind.
No pets without prior approval. We do allow one dog with a $100 non refundable pet fee.
We do not allow cats due to guest allergies.
We do not allow parties or events | Quiet hours from 10 p.m-8 a.m.
