It has three double bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two with shower and one with bath, a large living room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances. The dining and kitchen area is separated from the sleeping area by a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy the good weather of the island.

In addition, in less than 30 minutes driving you will reach any area of ​​the north coast of the island, where you can enjoy the endless sandy beaches and crystal clear waters such as the Bay of Alcudia, or other smaller and exclusive beaches such as of Bonaire, Mal Pas or Manresa.
