This comfortable, cozy beach townhouse studio is located on the ground floor and is just across from the pool area and steps to the ocean.

It is cute, unique and is stylishly decorated with Coastal decor.
It has a full kitchen, with a table for dining in or you can enjoy dining outside on your own private patio area with seating and lounge chairs and listen to the ocean waves.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed and a bureau dresser with a pocket door, the bathroom has a tub , shower combo and is decorated adorable like the rest of the place. The living room has a nice size comfy couch that is also a sofa bed to sleep an extra 2 people with flat-screen TV and the sliding glass doors that leads out to your private porch area and the beach just steps away. It has free WI-FI and cable and is close to restaurants, quaint shops, supermarkets and historical Flagler Ave.
Which always has some type of fun events to enjoy. We also have Canal St. on the mainland that has oldie car meetings every Sat.
and a farmer's market, plus people selling many unique things.
New Smyrna Beach has 13 miles of pristine wide, white sandy beaches and we have a drive and no drive section of the beach.
Located on the no drive part of the beach to enjoy the sounds of the waves or if you like an active vacation you can find just about any water sport you desire here. From great fishing to surfing, boogie boarding, or just plain relaxing in the sun.
We are a barrier Island enclosed by 2 national parks that is how pretty this area is. Manatees raising their calves, dolphins, and sea turtles are plentiful in this area. Even our area code 386 spells out the word fun!
We are the closet beach to all the theme parks in Orlando under an hour drive and are centrally located making it great for day trips to St Augustine, Marine Dolphin Adventure, Cape Canaveral and more.
