Updated, comfortable, sunny home with three bedrooms and two baths will provide you with a relaxing getaway in Midcoast Maine. Round Pond is a short drive to the Pemaquid beach and lighthouse, Hardy boat whale watch, and the town of Damariscotta.
The space
First floor: mudroom, kitchen, dining room, brand new kitchen, living room, , one bedroom and bath (with shower), and large living space with wood-stove, loft, wet bar, and porch.
Second floor: two bedrooms and bath (with 6 foot claw foot tub).
Fourth bedroom: loft with two twin beds
Pack-and-play available for small child.
Please note that we have a dog (black lab). We do our best to remove dog hair from the house prior to your arrival, though we are not able to get it all.
