• Smoking within the confines of our home is strictly prohibited. Feel free to indulge outside, but we kindly request a thorough cleanup of any remnants, including cigarette butts and ash. A failure to adhere to this NO SMOKING policy will result in a supplementary $200 cleaning fee.
2. PET POLICY:
• While we joyfully extend a warm welcome to your canine companions, we must regretfully enforce a strict NO CAT policy due to severe allergies.
• To accommodate your furry friends, a $100 pet fee per dog is required prior to your arrival.
• We kindly request that your dogs refrain from being allowed on any furniture and that they are not left unattended at any time.
• For the safety of all, please keep your dog on a leash whenever venturing outside the home.
• As responsible pet owners, you are solely responsible for any damages caused by your pet during your stay.
• We greatly appreciate making sure all pet waste is cleaned prior to your departure. Leaving pet waste behind will result in additional cleaning fees.
3. NO EATING IN ROOMS
• We kindly ask that you do not bring food into the rooms and do not eat in the beds. Spills happen and can attract ants and or cause stains.
4. NO EVENTS ALLOWED:
• We maintain a strict no-party policy within our premises. Parties of any nature are not permitted in the home.
• Non-compliance with this rule will result in the immediate termination of your stay, with a request for you to vacate the premises promptly.
• In such instances, an additional charge of up to $1,000 will be applied to cover the costs associated with the cleaning and restoration of the space.
