Ideally situated approx. 150 feet from the beach, our home is virtually waterfront and less than a minute's walk to Madaket Beach, one of Nantucket's best beaches. We have great ocean views, and the sound of the surf will lull you to sleep at night. The sunsets are spectacular in Madaket as is the star gazing. Fishing is superb and water sports, endless. Our home is comfortable for up to 10 people and is perfectly located on a large lot, and well set back from the road. The bike path, Millie's restaurant, the Shuttle to town, and a small general store are close at hand. You'll find our home to be the quintessential beach house: well-supplied, comfortable, with updated baths and a Bosch-applianced kitchen. There are lots of extras because this is our home, not a stripped-down rental. Enjoy the sweeping water views from our large downstairs deck or from the upstairs balcony. You'll love being so close to the beach. Our location translates to conveniences for you: a sand-free lunch? ice? restock the cooler? forget something?...it's all right there.
