Summary: We stayed Thursday through Sunday, checked out Monday, the room was NEVER SERVICED!! We had to go to the desk and ask for towels. Breakfast was a Carb-Fest. The staff was nice but Sunday I asked why our room was not serviced and she said "well they are supposed to make them up every other day" I told her we got back to the room Late Saturday evening and were surprised they had not serviced the room and we had no clean towels, she said "well if you are checking out tomorrow it is too late to service to room but I have some clean towels if you would like" The last objection I have is the bed frames, it may sound petty but the mattress does not fit the frame. The frame id wooden and sticks out 3 inches beyond the mattress and we were constantly banging our shin on the bed frame. I could never stay at a TRU again.
