Although Villa 105 is new, it is one of the most popular villas in Menorcarentalen. Beautiful Mediterranean style three bedroom villa close to Son Bou beach and the shopping center. It has private access to the car and the whole house is built on the same level, so it is very comfortable. From the street, climb the stairs to the terrace, where there is a nice area with garden furniture and access to the villa. Inside has a large living room with TV, air conditioning and open by a bow you the fully equipped kitchen. The villa consists of three bedrooms, the main room, slightly larger and with access to the sea-view terrace, a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom en suite, as well as the other 2 with single beds and a fan. last an independent bathroom. The exterior has two areas, the first area in which the pool is located, from which you have a beautiful view of the sea and are equipped with garden furniture. The second area has a large terrace with barbecue that you can enjoy with the family.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION
-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella.
-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.
-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction.
-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit.
-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.
-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout.
-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into `Calle Bellamirada´.
-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor.
