Walking into the villa, you enter the large open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. Modern and minimalistic in the interior design, the large comfortable sofa is inviting in the lounge and you can relax here whilst watching the plasma television.
The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. It is American style in the design including an island for you to catch up whilst preparing dinner. There is a beautiful wooden dining table with comfortable chairs for you to relax on. There is air conditioning throughout.
The villa has six bedrooms in total. The main villa has three doubles and one twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has air conditioning, all other rooms have fans and one has a portable air conditioning unit.
The other bedrooms are complete with their own fans. The three bathrooms are designed beautifully and the en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom is complete with large bathtub and walk in shower/wet room. The remaining two double bedrooms are located in a separate annexe in the garden. Both bedrooms are complete with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The annexe also has its own lounge area with a comfortable sofa and television.
Outside, a wide outside deck, dotted with sun loungers, surrounds the beautiful swimming pool. You can choose to chill in the sun by the pool, or dine alfresco under the sheltered dining and bbq area, all the while taking in the villas fantastic views. There is sufficient parking for your car within the villa grounds ensuring you privacy throughout.
