The Finca is located on the edge of the town, in an elevated position whereby it offers beautiful views of the natural surroundings, even to Palma and the sea on the horizon. The beautiful exterior that surrounds the house is very well maintained and offers plenty of space to play, sunbathe or enjoy the quiet and green surroundings. The garden is fully fenced that gives us a lot of security and even space to park up to 5 rental cars. The highlight of the exterior is undoubtedly the pool area (10m x 5m) with beautiful wooden hammocks for sunbathing comfortably. The covered terrace apart from having beautiful views offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy meals together with the whole family. Here you can enjoy some typical Mallorcan tapas or a torrada with the practical gas barbecue. Of course you should not miss the native wine. Mallorca already offers some delicious varieties, whether white or red.
The spacious 280m² interior is a beautiful mix of antique and modern furniture with matching decorative elements. The whole living area is spread over one level, say on one floor. We have a large living room with several sofas, satellite TV, an integrated dining room and a separate one. So there is enough room for the travel group to find a place to eat and gather. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, even has a Thermomix. Thus they can create delicious dishes for the whole family while enjoying the view and one of the Mallorcan wines.
The sleeping area is devide in 5 double bedrooms (4 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds). Two bedrooms are equipped with. Your own bathroom en suite, one even with a round bathtub in the room. In total there are 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. If you travel with babies we have cots and high chairs available. The basic equipment includes wifi, air conditioning and heating throughout the house. So we can offer an ideal holiday home for all types of season, be it hot or cold. In summary, the house offers a lot of space, comfort and quality.
