Additionally, borough road services may take hours to plow the roads in the area. Snow services will not commence until the end of snowfall. We recommend either backing down the driveway or parking in the "culdesac" at the top of the hill if you have to leave the property before snow services can arrive
- NOTE: A local fire restriction can be put in place at various times, out of the owner's control. During a fire restriction, guests will not be able to use the outdoor fire pit
- NOTE: Wildlife, including moose, may be present on the property. Please exercise caution and do not engage with the animals
