The Space:
Look no further! If you have a large group to accommodate in the sun vacation in York, this is it! This beautiful house offers the possibility to rent for a full week, or short stays of 3-4 nights during the off-season. This open concept home features sizable rooms, and comfortable furnishings; all you need to gather your friends and family together under one roof.

The central family room features a Smart TV and hi-speed internet with WiFi.
A spacious kitchen and dining room will take the challenge out of meal preparation. Imagine the fun each year sharing meals together here? Complete a puzzle on the large dining table or crack open a favorite board game!

The master bedroom, located off the kitchen, includes a private master bath. The upstairs bedrooms are incredibly large and each features 2 Queen sized beds. A full bathroom is at the top of the stairs. A half bath and laundry center is on the main floor near the kitchen. This property also provides the essentials for your convenience: Linens, Towels, and some soaps.

The lowest level features an additional family room, which includes another bedroom complete with a queen bed and a full/twin bunk bed.

All areas are accessible with exception of one Hall closet that is used for our cleaning supplies. It will be locked.

The Neighborhood:
Relax in this residential neighborhood. Hear the distant waves. Feel the salt air breezes as you relax on the porch.
York Beaches - Long Sands and Short Sands are nearby. Each offers our wonderful chilly water! Delight in the soft sands.
Nearby are fabulous restaurants, the York Wild Kingdom, a large Park with gazebo and a children’s play park, arcades, entertainment, hiking Mount Agementicus, historical trails and museums, and so more!

Getting Around:
Our Greater York Chamber of Commerce is located on RT One off the spur road from RT I-95.

Other Things to Note:
All guests must sign additional Jean Knapp rental agreement.

Trash Day is Monday morning. This means that you may be bringing the prior guests trash to the end of the driveway along with your weekend trash. We appreciate your assistance. The next guests will do the same for you. We have provided large trash barrels, a recycling barrel, and plenty of heavy duty trash bags. The seagulls are notorious for tearing apart trash, so please get it all in the barrels and tightly close the lids. If they are already full, place your trash in the bags inside the garage until collection day.

Check-In 4:00 PM - Guest will receive access door code for entry.

Do Not Enter or Park before Check-in time or PARK after Check-out time. Our cleaners require full access to prepare for your stay. Thank you for understanding.

Check-Out 11:00 AM - Cleaners arrive promptly. Please try to leave the home as you found it. Empty the refrigerator/freezer. Please leave beds unmade. Bring towels to the laundry room. :)

Reservations require a 50% rental deposit fully refundable within 7 business days of reservation. Cancellations made after the initial 7 business days will be subject to our cancellation policy and fee- see Rental Agreement.
After the initial 7 business days, ALL rental deposits are nonrefundable. If the Agency is able to re-rent the property for same term and rate, rental deposits would be refundable less 10% of the TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.
If you decide that you must cancel, you may not move your deposit to another week. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation within 30 days is non-refundable.

Rental Agreement eSignature:
You will receive an email with a rental agreement attached, which is in the form of aneSignature document. Please review, complete, and submit the document within 7 days of booking.
