The private water salt pool -sizing 9x3 meters and with a depth of 1.20 to 1.60 meters- is completed by loungers for sunbathing, the relaxation area with sofas, a table and an umbrella, the outdoor dining area where you can enjoy delicious barbecues and the children's playground area where the little ones can be entertained. The beautiful two-story house features a style where the modern and the traditional merge into one. When entering from the pool we find a glazed dining area which is where the barbecue facilities are located. Next and in the same space you will find the kitchen -which is equipped with a ceramic hob- and the living room that offers a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. Also, in the house there are 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with two single beds and air conditioning each. A bedroom and a bathroom with shower and adapted for disabled are located on the ground floor. The other bedrooms are upstairs, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the upper terrace. The last also en-suite bathroom, also on the first floor, is equipped with a shower. Finally, in the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
