This amazing house is fully furnished. On the first level there is a lovely garden with multiple types of plants that provides relaxation and serenity, and an outdoor barbecue grill to cook up some tasty asada, and places to sit and chill outside. Enter into our spacious sunken living room, and you'll see how unique and fun this layout really is!
Fully equipped Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, air fryer, microwave, hot water kettle, Keurig Coffee and French Press.
On the same level, there is a 1/2 bathroom, laundry room, and our "Man Cave" roomwith folding Murphy bed, 2 large heaters and 70" Smart TV. This room also has a spacious spa-like shower that is optimized for ADA compliancy, and the space is very friendly for wheelchair use. Wheelchair ramps are also placed at the entry to the man cave and the kitchen/dining areas.

Master bedroom with King Bed, large closet and a full private bathroom.
2nd Bedroom: 2 Queen beds and terrace
3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, and desk

Amazing area, only 1 block to beach access, 2 blocks to food, cafe's, etc.
Tijuana is a lively city, but being closer to the beach, we're in a relatively quiet neighborhood, however every once in a while, you'll hear dogs barking, or neighbors playing lively music on the weekends, but it rarely goes beyond midnight.

While we cannot control the city water or the power, we do have extra water available, candles, battery powered lamps, and extra blankets just in case! ;)
