The architecturally exceptional Romani holiday villa is situated in the middle of a secluded, well-tended garden. At the rear, it is sheltered from the wind by the mountains on the east coast. On the other side, the balconies on the upper floor offer a wonderful view of the nearby sea and the southern foothills of the bay of Alcúdia. From the entrance gate of the property, quarry stone paths lead around the house into the beautiful garden plot with a shallow pool and beautifully manicured lawn. Adjacent, a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue offers a cosy spot for extended meals in the shade. From here, it is just a few steps to another terrace with flower beds and access to the spacious living area of 450 m² spread over two levels.
The interior of this cosy holiday villa is furnished with a tasteful selection of antique wooden furniture. On the ground floor there is an inviting living room with a fireplace and a cosy sofa corner, two double bedrooms and a separate bathroom.
