Our attractive and very well maintained holiday home in Mallorca is located on a spacious plot of over 500 m² in a quiet side street with little traffic in Cala Millor. The town centre, pedestrian zone and the beach are only a few minutes’ walk away. From the two covered terraces, where you can enjoy relaxing hours, you have direct access to the beautiful Mediterranean garden.
The holiday home offers three bedrooms for up to five guests, two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms, gas central heating, WiFi internet, satellite TV and a large rooftop terrace with hammocks and sun loungers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. A washing machine, dryer, bed linen and towels are also provided. Two baby cots and two high chairs can be ordered free of charge in advance.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Smoking is permitted, but only outside the house.
Within a 10 minute walk, approximately 650 metres, you will reach the beautiful long sandy beach with fine sand, gently sloping shoreline, turquoise blue water and a lovely promenade.
Parking spaces are available directly on the property.

In Cala Millor and the surrounding area, you will find a wide range of activities and attractions for a varied and enjoyable holiday.
Cala Bona, with its small and charming fishing harbour, and the nearby scenic nature reserve Punta de n’Amer with its historic tower and stunning views, are always worth a visit. Within a radius of about 10 km around Cala Millor, you will find four golf courses: Club Son Servera, Pula Golf, Canyamel Golf and Capdepera Golf. Activities in and around Cala Millor include golf, tennis, glass bottom boat trips, jet skiing, banana boat rides, surfing, paragliding, pedal boating, Segway tours, horse riding, mountain biking, football camps and much more.
The tourist tax in Mallorca is not included in the rental price. The tax is 2 euros per adult per day in holiday homes and fincas during the high season (May to October) and 0.50 euros during the low season (November to April). From the ninth day of stay in the same accommodation, the amount is reduced by half. Children up to and including 15 years of age are exempt from this tax.
Heating costs from October to April are not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption (meter reading), if applicable.
