'Ãabilo'ob House', is the perfect match for your holidays in Progreso and Mexico. A place where you can feel the cool atmosphere of being among friends, comfortable, clean and safe because we have a security cameras system to provide as much safe less we can to our guest.. In fact, we going to make your visit in Progreso as easy as possible by help you in everything or at least try to.
Progreso is the place no. 1 in the country to learn or practice kitesurfing and we can provide you with direct contact with private trainers or the best schools in Mexico to practice these water sports. We are at 2 minutes from 'Café Progrobeach' on foot, which apart from being one of the best coffee shops in the port, they also offer bicycle rental.
The beach and the commercial boulevard is at four blocks from us with excellent restaurants facing the sea for different budgets. We are at seven streets from downtown walking. But if you prefer to enjoy a totally free art exhibition, the new 'International Malecon' of Progreso, the 'Chocolate Pier', the 'Fisherman's Wharf' and the view of the 'Progreso Fiscal Pier' (the longest in the world) are places to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, eat delicious food in the Food trucks and permanent international food stalls, take a ride in the Carousel facing the sea, or just walk the 'Malecon' to feel the breeze in your face.
If you want to move quickly the bus, taxi or Uber is the best option with a low cost.
The Hostel has four shared rooms upstairs (3 mixed and 1 only women) and 4 private rooms in the annex building LOCATED 500 MTS FROM THE MAIN BUILDING (each with an interior bathroom, kitchen or semi-integral kitchen, hot shower, A / C, and WiFi) and 1 private room at the back of the main building. The kitchen of the Hostel (or main building) has a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, pans and various kitchen utensils. Common area of showers, sinks and toilets near the rooms. Common rest areas. We do not have access to a wheelchair.

Cancellation policy: arrival day at 18 hrs (limit time).
The total cost of the first night of your reservation will not be refundable after the cancellation time limit. The guest can pay in advance or complete their reservation total upon arrival in cash, or electronic transfer, we DON'T accept credit or debit cards.
Check in from 14:00 hrs. to 20:00 hrs.
Check out before 12:00 hrs.

The reception service is open from 14.00 hrs. to 20.00 hrs.

We collect $100.00 MXN as refundable deposit for the digital card for the main gate and linens that we going to provide at your arrival.
It's the guest's responsibility to inform us their delays, cancellation or non-arrival at the scheduled time and date. Since the check-in time is from 14:00 hrs. to 20:00 hrs when we close our reception and main gate because we DON'T have 24 hrs. service.
Is very important to notify us of your arrival time, cause at the closing of our check in you will receive a penalty of $100.00 MXN for a maximum delay of two hours (for each hour and for each guest) to making your check in.
Similarly, after our check-out time (12 hrs.) You will receive a penalty of $100.00 MXN for a maximum delay for every hour (for each guest) to check out.
We don't offer luggage storage service, since we don't have the closed space available for this service.
Given the nature of the business, we may not be able to offer you the type of accommodation specified in your reservation. Therefore, the final amount to be paid could be different from your confirmation.
You must present a valid Passport or some Official Identification upon check-in.
Your stay at the lodging facilities will be subject to rules to preserve and maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
In order to preserve and maintain a pleasant atmosphere, we do not accept guests under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult.
We do not have access for wheelchairs
