You will find a charming property on an area of almost 6000 square feet. With a house in the middle of the garden with grass, flowers, palms and tropical bushes. A nice blue pool including a jacuzzi and heating for the water. In another part of the property you will find a beautiful palapa to enjoy food and drinks outdoors with a full view of the entire property. The general decoration of the property has focused on the Zen style, just for those people who want to relax, rest and enjoy a warm stay in private with non-shared facilities. The house has a living room with 2 sofa beds, a dining room, an open style kitchen, with refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, and a central island kitchen. It also has 2 rooms for 4 people (2 double beds) each, and a very good size closet also each of these rooms. There is a third master bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa bed with its own bathroom and exit and view to the pool. In the hallway you will find another complete bathroom for the service of the other two rooms. All the furniture, bedding and utensils of the house are completely new.
On the outside you will find a bathroom with a shower of fresh water for use in the garden and in the pool. You can also see a garage for two medium cars and a palapa that can be used as a bar or dining room. The neighborhood is very safe since it has private security and surveillance service and access is restricted to residents only. I am sure that you and your group will greatly enjoy this property as it is one of the best in the area.
