This condo is located in the popular Oceana Casa del Mar condominium complex, right in the middle of downtown Rosarito. You're a few minute walk from Papas & Beer and the rest of the Rosarito nightlife.
The condo itself was just renovated and is tastefully decorated so that you can enjoy your vacation in style. The living room has incredible ocean views, a flat screen TV, and is a great place to kick back and relax.
The larger bedroom has an ocean view, a comfortable King bed & its own private bathroom. The other bedroom has a Queen bed & is right across a hallway from the second bathroom, this one with a shower & jacuzzi bath tub.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker & more so you can make yourself at home in the kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a large dining table with amazing views of Rosarito Beach & a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views.
The Oceana Casa del Mar condo complex offers a pool, heated jacuzzis (one for adults and a separate one for kids) & outdoor BBQ grill areas with seating so you can enjoy some time outside.

Located in the middle of downtown Rosarito, right on the beach. You're 2 blocks from the popular El Nido restaurant and 3 short blocks from Papas & Beer. Just down the street from the historic Rosarito Beach Hotel.
There's parking in a private lot with security for 1 car. Additional cars MAY be allowed to park in the condo lot, but it is subject to availability. You can get around easily here without a car--there's lots within walking distance & there are taxis nearby.

The building offers a pool and jacuzzi that you can enjoy during your stay. Please follow the rules that are posted in the pool area.
Hanging Towels
The HOA does not allow anyone to hang towels on the balcony. Please use the hooks and towel racks in the bathrooms.
Restaurants
Fat Cat, El Nido (about 1.5 blocks away on the main street), or Pancake Republic (right outside Rosarito Beach Hotel) are good places nearby for breakfast.
For dinner close by, Los Cantaritos has good food & mariachi music. It's a short walk, also on the main street. Marea Mia is a good option for seafood.
If you're heading to Puerto Nuevo for lobster, I recommend La Casa del Pescador. They have outdoor seating with great ocean views & their food is consistently excellent.
Things to Do
You're right in the middle of everything, so enjoy Rosarito Beach.
If you're looking for an outing, you can drive down the coast to rent ATVS on the Sand Dunes about 20 minutes south.
I also recommend a day trip to Valle de Guadalupe, our local wine region about an hour south of Rosarito. There are excellent restaurants & vineyards to explore. I have a Guide Book with my favorite places in Valle that you can access through Airbnb.
There's a Cinepolis movie theater, shops and restaurants at Pabellon Rosarito, north of where you are staying near the entrance to Rosarito.
